Last Updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MHA Global Holdings website, mhaglobalholdings.com, and the provision of services by MHA Global Holdings (“MHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website or requesting or using MHA services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
MHA provides maritime medical assistance and medical coordination principally for vessels and crews operating in the Gran Rosario / Up River area of Argentina.
1. MHA Services
MHA provides medical assistance, coordination, referral, case management, and related support services for vessels and crew members.
Depending on the service requested, MHA may coordinate:
- Onboard medical assessments
- Medical stabilization
- Shore-side medical consultations
- Diagnostic examinations
- Hospital and clinic referrals
- Specialist consultations
- Medical transportation
- Medical case management
- Follow-up and monitoring
- International medical repatriation coordination
- Other medical and logistical assistance related to crew health
The specific services available may depend on the vessel’s location, medical circumstances, availability of healthcare resources, and applicable operational requirements.
2. Geographic Scope
MHA’s principal operating area is the Gran Rosario / Up River corridor in Argentina.
Services may be coordinated outside this area when circumstances require it, including cases involving referral, transfer, specialist treatment, hospitalization, or international repatriation.
Availability of services outside MHA’s principal operating area may depend on local resources, third-party providers, transportation, and other circumstances beyond MHA’s direct control.
3. Per-Vessel Subscription
MHA may offer medical assistance through a Per-Vessel Subscription.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a subscription provides the vessel with access to MHA’s medical coordination and assistance services during the applicable subscription period.
The scope, fees, duration, covered vessels, services included, exclusions, and other commercial conditions of a subscription will be established in the applicable subscription agreement, quotation, proposal, or other written agreement between MHA and the customer.
A subscription does not guarantee that a particular medical treatment, specialist, hospital, transportation service, or other third-party resource will be available at any particular time.
4. Medical Services and Professional Judgment
MHA coordinates medical assistance and healthcare resources. Medical decisions are made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals based on the circumstances of each case.
MHA does not replace the independent professional judgment of physicians, hospitals, specialists, or other licensed healthcare providers.
Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
The availability, timing, and suitability of medical treatment may depend on factors including the patient’s condition, vessel location, weather, port access, transportation, healthcare capacity, specialist availability, and other circumstances.
5. Emergency Situations
MHA services are intended to assist with medical situations involving vessels and crew members.
For an immediate life-threatening emergency, the vessel’s crew should contact the appropriate local emergency services and follow established emergency procedures.
Where appropriate, MHA may assist with coordination of emergency medical resources.
The MHA website and general contact forms should not be relied upon as the sole means of requesting emergency medical assistance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and vessel operators are responsible for providing MHA with accurate and timely information necessary to coordinate services.
This may include:
- Vessel name and location
- Crew member information relevant to the case
- Medical information necessary for assessment or coordination

Such information will be handled in accordance with MHA’s Privacy Policy, applicable data-protection requirements, and appropriate medical confidentiality obligations.
Information may be shared with healthcare professionals, hospitals, specialists, transportation providers, vessel operators, insurers, and other parties where reasonably necessary to coordinate or provide medical care.

These providers operate independently from MHA and are responsible for the professional services they provide.
MHA does not control the medical decisions, treatment, facilities, availability, performance, or outcomes of independent third-party healthcare providers.
9. Fees and Payment
Fees for MHA services will be established in the applicable quotation, subscription agreement, service agreement, invoice, or other commercial documentation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are payable according to the applicable payment terms.
- Additional third-party costs may be charged where applicable.
- Emergency or specialized services may involve additional costs.
- Medical transportation, hospitalization, diagnostic testing, specialist services, pharmaceuticals, and other third-party services may be billed separately.
MHA reserves the right to require payment or payment authorization before providing certain non-emergency services.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Requests for cancellation, modification, or postponement of services should be communicated to MHA as soon as reasonably possible.
Certain third-party costs may remain payable even where a service is subsequently cancelled or modified.
The applicable subscription or service agreement will govern cancellation and termination provisions where those provisions differ from these general Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MHA shall not be responsible for losses, delays, costs, or damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
